There are days where CJ will not eat eggs, this was not one of those days. We steer clear of the oatmeals and baby foods breakfasts for whole foods. I don’t want CJ growing up thinking it is weird to eat peas and apple for breakfast! These are totally acceptable and healthy breakfast options without the need to be fancy or overthink things. We are starting CJ on a real food, veggie filled, meat eating, no grain diet and have not had any issues with doing so. It hasn’t been too inconvenient and when it has been it is because I didn’t plan ahead for her meal. (Whoops!) Adult food can be baby food too as long as we are all eating healthful foods!
